1. Calm down, don't panic.
2. Find a place to sit and relax.
3. Now, start coughing hard, force yourself to cough hard.
4. Between those coughs, breath deeply to let the oxygen flows through the body. By doing this, you are forcing your heart to pump, avoiding the heart to stop.
5.This method will let you in your consciousness for a short period of time. Call for help.
6. Dial 911, or ask for help from anybody within the vicinity.
7.Stay awake while you can.
